  • I will arrive at your venue 2-4 hours early to begin painting the background. As guests arrive, I will begin adding in the important details of your day

  • Silver package paintings are completed on site and left in a safe location at the event. Gold/Diamond paintings will have the majority of the painting completed during your event, and will be taken back to my studio for refinement.

  • Emailed photograph of painting after studio refinement for final client review

  • Artist’s Certificate of Authenticity provided

 

Additional Details &

Travel fees

  • I am based in Los Angeles, CA and am available for travel. Events in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Barbara have no travel fee.

  • Travel fee for venues over 2 hours (or 80 miles) of driving, there is a travel fee for mileage (starting at $200).

  • Travel fee for venues over 3 hours (or 150 miles) requires mileage and hotel reimbursement (starting at $500).

  • Travel fee for venues over 5 hours, to cover flight, hotel, car. Please reach out for a custom travel quote (starting at $1,200).

  • A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining 50% will be required 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • The day of the event, I will require a vendor meal, chair, small area near an outlet (at night).

  • Package experiences can be customized. Please reach out to discuss your vision!
