Included with all packages

  • Initial phone or video call with the couple.

  • 4-6 hours of live painting performance

  • Gallery wrapped canvas and professional grade acrylic paints.

  • I will arrive at your venue 2-4 hours early to begin painting the background. As your guests arrive, I will begin adding in the important details of your day.

  • The majority of the painting is completed during your event. I will take the painting back to my studio for refinement and more details.

  • Artwork is sealed and ready to hang, secured with wire. Edges painted for a finished look that does not require framing.

  • Emailed photograph of painting after studio refinement for final client review.

  • Shipping/delivery costs included within CA.

  • Artist’s Certificate of Authenticity provided.

 

Additional Details & Travel fees

  • I am based in Los Angeles, CA and am available for travel. Events in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Barbara have no travel fee.

  • If the venue is over 2 hours (or 80 miles) of driving, there is a travel fee for mileage. Over 3 hours or 150 miles requires mileage and hotel reimbursement. If the venue is over 5 hours there is a travel fee to cover flight, hotel, car. Please reach out for a custom travel quote.

  • A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining 50% will be required 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • The day of the event, I will require a vendor meal, chair, small area near an outlet (at night).

  • Package experiences can be customized. Please reach out to discuss your vision!
